May is National Mental Health month. Many of you know, I became a widow after not even a year of marriage. I was only 29 years old. I went from the dream marriage, house and meeting my soul mate ( that term is a bit overused, but when it happens to you it is very real) to selling my dream house, moving back into my parents house and working at a place where I was not really digging. So why am I telling you all this? Because I want to tell you a true story.

Make the best of this pretty shitty situation or have a pity party for the rest of my life. I will be discussing this on my iHeart radio show Harmony With Food. You can listen live @ Harmonywithfood.com at 11 AM / EST this and every Saturday. You can also listen to my podcasts @ Harmonywithfood.com
Let food and EXERCISE be your medicine. It worked for me! It can work for you too!
