Hi, I'm Meg
Proud Owner of Harmony with Food™
Fix your gut, Fix your life.
I help high-powered men and women resolve annoying digestive issues (constipation, loose stools, gas, and bloating), weight loss resistance (exercising more and eating less is just not working), and foods sensitivities/ intolerances: (1 in 7 people in the United States have food sensitivities/intolerances that they do not even know about).
AS FEATURED ON
We use functional nutrition testing (test don’t guess), telemedicine/telephone coaching, education, and nutraceuticals (no prescription medications nor the terrible side effects) so that you can:
✅ Have your social life back
✅ Be on your “A” game at work.
✅ Have more energy
✅ Stop feeling frustrated with your inability to lose weight.
✅ Start killing it at work, be the professional you know you can be.
✅ Stop having to worry about where every bathroom is everywhere you go.
✅ Stop taking your own car and driving separately, because you are afraid you may have to leave early.
This DIY thing is just not working. So we will "test not guess." You have been on “them all” every single diet you can think of, only to gain all the weight back and then some.
Elimination diets are old school, we are in the 21st century and the microarray technology is here.
A "Non-Diet" fuctional nutrition approach.
A realistic approach to nutrition.
I work on treating the symptoms first. This allows you to obtain the energy you need to start making some real lifestyle changes.
It is impossible to exercise when you have GI Issues, headaches, fatigue etc. As a functional nutritionist, I dig deeper to get to the root cause of the problem.
This is personalized nutrition at a level you have never experienced before. The technology to help us determine what foods you should or should not be consuming is here.
The time is now, what are you waiting for?
